- You Send Us a Photo (Or Visit Us in Person)
- It all starts with your engagement ring. We can either:
- Scan your ring directly – you will have to send it to us but we will return it to you the next day
- or if you don’t want to part from your ring we can send you an impression kit and you can take an impression and send it back to us
We’ve worked with many clients remotely, so rest assured, distance is no problem.
- We 3D Scan Your Engagement Ring
Using Jewellery specific 3D scanners, we take an exact 3D digital model of your engagement ring. This allows us to see:
- The full profile and curvature of your ring
- The exact placement and depth of stones
- How your engagement ring sits on the finger
This means there’s no need to alter your engagement ring.
- We Design Your Wedding Ring on Screen
Next, we get to work designing a ring that fits perfectly, both physically and stylistically.
You’ll receive a CAD (computer-aided design) mock-up showing how your custom wedding ring will wrap around your engagement ring. We’ll talk you through it, and you can request tweaks until you’re completely happy.
Want to match the stone setting style? Use the same metal as your engagement ring? Add a hidden engraving? You’re in control: we’ll guide and advise, but the design is yours.
- We 3D Print a Model for You to Try On
Before anything goes into production, we’ll send you a 3D-printed prototype of your custom ring. Once you have a physical resin model, you can try on with your engagement ring.
You can actually see and feel the fit before we craft it in precious metals. It gives complete peace of mind and lets us make final refinements if needed.
- Only Then Do We Craft the Final Ring
Once you’ve approved the prototype, our team of expert jewellers handcrafts your wedding ring in your choice of metal: platinum, white gold, yellow gold, rose gold or even mixed metals.
